We have a billing department that is available for you Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm please call or text 877-374-2362. Patients can also email our Billing department at Billing.epic@gmail.com with any billing inquiries. 

We hope to provide any services that you may need including explanation and itemized billing, uninsured services that we can provide, financial resources and assistant pay and policy information as well as pricing estimates for visits and services.
